The Footwear Design and Development Institute (FDDI) has released an official notification announcing the examination dates of the All India Selection Test (AIST).
As per officials, the examination is scheduled to take place from August 1 to August 3.
Further, the notification states that the programmes on offer by FDDI are offered in association with Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) for the academic session commencing in 2016.
The institute offers both masters and bachelors degree programme in the following disciplines:
Master's degree programmes (two-year duration):
- Footwear Design and Production
- Retail and Fashion Merchandise
- Creative Design CAD/CAM
Bachelor's degree programmes (three-year duration)
- Footwear Design and Production
- Retail and Fashion Merchandise
- Fashion Leather accessory Design
Educational qualification
All the candidates interested in taking admission need to be class 12 pass from a recognised board/ university.
